We get you your order out as fast as we can!

SHIPPING

Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days from the day an order is placed, excluding holidays, when possible and practical.
We are closed Mondays. Please note that orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to customs and duties, as well as a holding period while funds clear.
COURIER Orders placed with Ontario Archery Supply will be shipped via a service selected at checkout by the customer. Standard shipping does not include insurance. Express and Expedited includes $100.00 insurance. NO additional insurance is put on parcels unless otherwise requested by the customer, and arranged prior to shipping. Parcels are shipped with no requirements for holding or signature required. OAS is not responsible for damaged parcels/lost parcels and will only be responsible for the return of shipping + Maximum claim allowance via the courier or service.

In-Store Pickup is only available during store business hours.

ONLINE RETURNS

Deposits and special order items are non refundable.

Unopened items in original packaging and returned within 14 days of purchase will receive a refund processed back to the original method of payment, minus 4% and a restocking fee of 20% of the retail value. This does not apply to scopes, optics, compound or crossbows. These items are non-refundable purchases.

We do not offer refunds on shipping fees. Website cancellations will cost a 4% fee for credit card fees taken from the order total by the website provider.

All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Layaway and payment plans: 50% required of invoice total prior to product being ordered unless otherwise stated. If contract/agreement is cancelled at any time, we retain 20% of total paid. If we have already ordered the product and received it, refunds will not be applicable.
