A Kikaboo classic marinade recipe! This meat marinade enhances all types of meat in minutes! Steak can be prepared in 20 minutes and chicken takes only 10! Simply shake well, cover the meat and let stand for before grilling. For a more bold deep flavour, marinade meat overnight.
Uses: beef, pork, chicken, turkey, hamburger, spaghetti sauces, soup
Steak – Coat each side of steak with ‘Meat Juice’. Marinade for at least 20 minutes before grilling. For best results, marinade then refrigerate overnight before grilling.
Roast Beef / Roast Pork – Generously coat outside of roast with ‘Meat Juice’. Marinade for at least 20 minutes before cooking or smoking. For best results, marinade then refrigerate overnight before grilling.
Chicken and Turkey – Lightly coat ‘Meat Juice’. A little goes a long way on poultry! For full birds, work marinade between the skin and meat layer. Marinade time: at least10 minutes. For full flavor, marinade and refrigerate overnight prior to cooking.
